A former corner service station at 105 W. Central Avenue — owned by Restore Titusville and now under active preservation work. Significant work has already occurred. Current goals are to salvage, preserve, and make the building usable.

Scheide Park Fountain

Repair, reconstruction, and return of the fountain at Scheide Park to working condition — a visible, shared piece of community life.

Petroleum-to-Rockwood Walking Connection

A potential walking connection from Petroleum Street to Rockwood Drive, currently in planning and engineering — intended as a safer alternative to steep hills.

Parker Furniture Building

A potential redevelopment opportunity. Restore Titusville is exploring possible acquisition from the county and rehabilitation to attract a business.

Mountain-Bike Trail Initiative

An exploratory concept. Restore Titusville is exploring potential mountain-bike trails and discussing the idea with the local Redevelopment Authority. Creek access may be part of the concept.
